Zapier integration allows you to connect CallHub to any other app through zaps. For example a Press-1 lead from CallHub can be a contact in Zoho CRM. A new contact added in Typeform become an agent in CallHub.
- Go to Integrations in the menu bar.
- In the Zapier Integration section, click on Typeform+Callhub zap.

- Login to Zapier and start the zap setup.
- Choose the Trigger App. Here we select 'Typeform'. You can select any other similar app also.

- Select the Typeform Trigger as 'New Entry'.
- Click on 'Save+Continue'.

- In next step, connect to Typeform account.
- Enter the Api key. To get Api key click on the link 'account page'.

- You should have an Agent typeform Entry form created in Typeform App. Checkout an example Agent form in the screenshot below
- Select the Typeform Entry form. Click on continue.
- Test the Typeform step.


- Choose the Action App as CallHub.

- Select the type of CallHub Action.
- In next step, connect to the CallHub Account.

- Setup the agent name and email Id fields from the Typeform fields.
- Click on 'Create&Continue' to create test agent and continue.
- You can find the new agent is created in CallHub.


- In the screenshot below, checkout the example agents created with Typeform.
- The same agents were created in CallHub by the zap.


- Login to Zapier. Create a new zap.
- In the Trigger App select CallHub.

- Select the CallHub Trigger. In this case select 'New Press-1 Lead'. Click on Save+Continue.
- In next step, connect to your CallHub account and click on Continue.
- Check that the connection Test is successful.


- Now choose the Action App. Here we are selecting 'Google Sheets'. You can also choose other Apps and CRM's like Zoho CRM, Salesforce etc. as required.

- Select the action to occur on Trigger. In this case we are selecting to create a new row in spreadsheet. Click on Save+Continue.
- In next step, connect to your Google account. Click on Continue.

- Setup your Google sheets. According to Zapier requirement, the sheet should have headers in the first row and one row of data added to it.

- Setup the Action Template by inputing appropriate data. Checkout the screenshot for example data. Once setup done, click on Save+Continue.
- In the next step, Test the connection and data input to the sheet.

- Finish the setup and turn your Zap on.
- In the screenshot below, checkout the example Lead data added to the sheets.

- Login to Zapier. Create a new zap.
- In the Trigger App select CallHub.

- Select the CallHub Trigger. In this case select 'New Note Added'. Click on Save+Continue.
- In next step, connect to your CallHub account and click on Continue.
- Check that the connection Test is successful.

- Now choose the Action App. Here we are selecting 'Gmail'. You can also choose other Apps as required.

- Select the action to occur on Trigger. In this case we are selecting to Send Email. Click on Save+Continue.
- In next step, connect to your Google account. Click on Continue.

- Setup the Action Template by inputing appropriate data. Checkout the screenshot for example data. Once setup done, click on Save+Continue.
- In the next step, Test the connection and data input to the sheet.

- Finish the setup and turn your Zap on.
- In the screenshot below, checkout the example Email send with Notes data.
