How to use Survey response based tagging

Introduction

Survey based tagging is used in Collective Texting and Call Center to collect favourable responses to survey questions and tag people in your CRM's.

You can now filter people from the crm based on tags and then use these contacts for another follow up campaign

How to configure Suvey based tagging

  1. Login to the dashboard and click on new campaign and choose collective texting or call center.

  2. On the survey page, Go to Add surveys, events and more and add a survey question e.g. if you are connected to NationBuilder, choose Use NationBuilder Survey from the dropdown.

  3. Once you add a survey, you will get options to select CallHub/NationBuilder Tags, Now, Associate required tags to the survey responses e.g. I would like to tag all people who own a Platy Fish as fish owner. See Below Screenshots where I add a survey from NationBuilder and add corresponding tag to this appropriate survey response.

Go ahead and finish your campaign.

Now, when I login to the agent console and go to a given contact, I can get the survey question and respond to it with Platy as seen in the below screenshot.

When I login to the nation builder account and look up for that contact, I see the tag added as in the below screenshot:

How to configure Disposition based tagging

  1. Login to the dashboard and click on new campaign and choose Call Center Campaign.

  2. On the script page, Go to Enable Call Disposition and add disposition which ever option you want for disposition.

  3. Once you add disposition, you will get options to select CallHub/NationBuilder Tags, Now, Associate required tags to the disposition options e.g. I would like to tag all people who's disposition selected as 'ANSWER'. See Below Screenshots where I added disposition and add corresponding tag to this appropriate call disposition.

Go ahead and finish your campaign.

Now, when any agent mark call disposition as 'ANSWER' for a contact, you can see the associated tag will be added to the contact in respective CRM's.

Closure

As you can see, we achieved a use case of tagging all the people who own Platy fish as fish owner
