How to add transfer numbers for a call center campaign

What is a transfer number?

A transfer number is a phone number that you can transfer a call to or patch-through to during a call center campaign.

How do I use them?

A manager can select a list of transfer numbers and assign them to a campaign. This lets agents transfer or patch-through a call only to the selected list of transfer numbers. If the manager does not assign transfer numbers, the agent can type in any number and transfer the call to them.

How do I add and manage transfer numbers?

You can add and manager your transfer numbers in CallHub account settings.

Go to your CallHub settings, found under your username in the top right of the screen

You will find the transfer numbers under call center settings.Go to Call Center Settings

Add transfer number

Click on the button "Add Transfer number" to add a new transfer number. You need to add a transfer name and the number of the transfer. Do not add "+" sign.

Transfer numbers can be edited, deleted and added at any time.

Add a transfer number to a call center campaign

Enable attended transfer

When creating a new call center campaign, to add transfer numbers, you will have to enable the setting attended transfer.

Search and add transfer numbers

You will get two options,

* Agents dial transfer numbers
* Select transfer numbers

Choose select transfer numbers. You will a dropdown box where you can search and select the numbers you want to be transferred to.
